The Bajaj Pulsar VS 400 has been spied in a completely undisguised form in Ladakh ahead of its Launch. The Pulsar VS 400 was in Ladakh shooting for its first TVC.
The Pulsar VS 400 was first showcased at the 2014 Auto Expo as a concept design, much of which has remained the same with minor changes between the concept and the production version. Recently we had got information that the production version of the bike would be re-named as the Bajaj Pulsar VS 400 as opposed to Pulsar CS 400 earlier.
The bike was also spied without any camouflage recently, powered by KTM Duke’s 373cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine producing around 35 HP at 8000 RPM mated to a 6-speed transmission.
The VS 400 features full-LED headlamps, telescopic forks, a fully digital split instrument cluster, a mono-shock at the back with optional ABS. A single-channel ABS could be provided as standard on the bike, while a dual-channel system could be made optional. Upon launch, the VS 400 will be the fastest and most powerful motorcycle ever to come out of the Bajaj line-up.
The ARAI Certificate revealed sometime back along with the brochure for the bike, shows the colour options of Dark Blue/Black livery, while the moniker can be clearly seen below the pillion seat of the motorcycle. The fastest Pulsar from Bajaj is expected to launch sometime by the end of this month, while expected to be priced between Rs. 1.6 Lakhs – Rs. 1.8 lakhs (ex-showroom).
